Register

Click on the Register icon at the top of any page on the website. It should take 30 seconds to fill out your name, email and address and create a password. You’ll be able to login in at any time in the future using your email & password and won’t have to complete registration again. Register now

Add items to your basket

Browse products using our search bar or using our category menu. Select either ‘Buy for Delivery’ or ‘Buy for storage’ to add these items to your basket. Learn more about delivery and storage options. Continue this process until you’ve added all your items, then click the basket icon to review your final purchases.

Checkout

Once you’ve reviewed your order in your basket, click ‘Checkout’ to secure the order on the live price. By clicking this, you’ve committed to buying the items at the agreed price. You’ll receive an email confirmation of your order with our bank details so you can make payment, if you haven’t already paid by card.

Payment options are;

1. Bank transfer for any order size
2. Debit Card up to £30,000 per order
3. Credit Card up to £10,000 per order

If your order size is above £10,000, we’ll need you to prove your ID with our simple and secure software. Your purchase is not reported nor your details shared with any party.

Receive your items

Once payment is complete, your order will be processed and a tracking link email sent once despatched for delivery. Parcels are packaged securely and discreetly in unbranded packaging and sent using fully insured Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders will need to be signed for or picked up from your local sorting office. If you choose for us to store your metals for you, you’ll receive your Storage Documents on email.
